   T. Owens Moore, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Clark Atlanta University. For the past ten years, he has studied the neural and hormonal mechanisms that modulate behavior. He has published numerous scientific articles pertaining to the brain. He is the author of The Science of Melanin.

The Science of Melanin was written as a primer to provide background information on the complex area of melanin research.
